Plan and Furnishing Example (1 Person Apartment)

Equipped for one or two persons the Apartments feature an en-suite bathroom and kitchen - fully equiped with dishes, silverware, glasses and kitchen tools.
The furniture is modern und provides much work space for your documents, files and a PC or laptop. Several larger and smaller lockers give you a lot room to store your luggage. A comfortable armchair and a dining table round out your lodging.
At the Apartment's telephone line a fax machine or a modem for internet access can also be connected. For challenging online usage also an ISDN (digital) line for perfect connections to the office, the internet or e-mail is possible too. Direct High-Speed Internet Access via a network connection could be installed on appropriate demand and at a reasonable surcharge.

The modern TV set with remote control and TV text brings you all the variety of german and international channels available on cable in Heidelberg.

Furnishing Example

All Apartments have wide windows and a large balcony to make you feel comfortable and give you a high quality of living outside in the sun on your balcony and inside in the bright rooms.
The building itself is located in a low traffic side street with very good infrastructure in the neighbourhood. The next bus station is just 150 meters (350 ft) away and by bus or walking the tram line that gives you a quick and convenient connection to the old village can be accessed. The streetcar can also take you e.g. to the castle square in Schwetzingen and the palace gardens with its unique ambience. The fields in the surounding area invite to a bicycle tour e.g. to the city of Speyer with its old village and cathedral or the city of Ladenburg with its old village and 1900 years of history.

Located in the west of Heidelberg just 2 km (1.5 miles) respectively 3 km (2 miles) to the next autobahn exit to A656 respectivly A5 longer distance mobility is perfect too. At the building garages and bicycle places are provided and also in the surrounding much parking places are available.

Only 250 m from the Apartments can you find a supermarket, a beverage store, a bakery, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a newspaper shop, a fitness studio, a computer service, 2 pharmacies, doctors and a weekly market with a variety of groceries on the square just around the corner. Just 250-500 m are a butchery, another bakery, a groceries dealer, a clothing store, 2 drugstores, another laundry service, an optician, a stationery store, 2 banks, a bicycle dealer, a flower shop and several restaurants.

Our concept offers you a convenient home with the facilities for self catering that gives you autonomy and independance and the chance to settle in and to become a "Heidelberger" quick and easily. Many time consuming and especially for foreign people difficult formalities which are usually necessary when moving in to a regular flat do not apply as well as purchasing furniture and equipement. And even if your time in Heidelberg comes to an end everything work easy and uncomplicated.
